I offer my therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, as well as families. My practice is founded on a trauma-informed, all-inclusive, and non-judgmental approach. I’ve designed a sanctuary where you can fully immerse yourself, knowing that you are accepted and safe. My office is an extension of your safe space, complete with beverages, snacks, and warmth. Or, I also offer Telehealth, where you can connect from the comfort of your own home. Your comfort is paramount, ensuring that your therapeutic journey is as nurturing and enriching as possible. Here, you will not only be heard but truly seen and valued, allowing for introspection, insights, and changes in your beliefs/thinking, ultimately improving your quality of life and goal attainment.

I am a psychotherapist with over two decades of experience, having practiced since 2000. My expertise spans Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Psychoanalysis, and Family/Couples Therapy. Clients describe me as approachable, accepting, and non-judgmental—a testament to the safe haven I create for you to be your authentic self.

My passion for my work and commitment to ongoing professional development drive me to tailor each approach to the unique needs of my clients. In our first session, we’ll embark on an assessment and treatment planning journey. You’ll leave with clear treatment goals and a roadmap to achieve them.
